Hypertension IBS

Hypertension IBS - the two of these situations are associated with one another however not the root cause of each other to be present.

What is Hypertension?

To explain further, hypertension is a chronic disorder where the blood pressure stays at an abnormally high rate. There are traditional medications that can help to temporarily lower the blood pressure but this would only be a temporary fix.

IBS Defined

IBS is a condition that is also chronic in nature and often referred to as an irritable gut. Many factors can escalate IBS symptoms to become more severe such as your diet and stress levels.

People with Irritable Bowel Syndrome are often very easily irritated both physically and emotionally. An IBS sufferer that experiences stress mentally will often lead to physical symptoms such as diarrhea, bloating or excessive gas.

Being irritated will also further escalate your blood pressure levels. Therefore having IBS makes your hypertension more vulnerable. An IBS sufferer is that much more susceptible to the pressures of life and it does not take much to stir their emotions, driving up their blood pressure to a state of hypertension IBS.

IBS however, should not be confused with hypertension and vice versa. IBS sufferers will need to make a greater effort to prevent themselves from being overly annoyed or irritated when the an unwanted situation occurs. Having self-discipline and being very understanding are just a few ways to help calm the mind/soul.

Finding Treatments

Managing the two conditions of hypertension and IBS is not an easy task however it is important to note that finding herbal supplements and alternative treatments would prove useful in both situations.

Many people suffering from the two conditions often find permanent relief when combining various alternative solutions. As always, you should consult with a qualified practitioner at all times before beginning any type of program.
