IBS Allergy

IBS Allergy - allergies are almost always present when a person has Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Understanding the Root Cause

IBS is often the result of a condition called the Leaky Gut Syndrome. This type of syndrome is caused by a disrupted bacterial balance in your intestine.

Usually when yeast overgrows beyond normal amounts, it starts to create tiny holes in your intestinal lining which allows food particles or antigens to enter your bloodstream.

When the body's immune system starts to respond to these antigens, which are seen as a foreign substance, this results in histamines being generated.

Allergies Galore

When histamines are present, this is the cause and reasoning for all your allergies such as a runny nose, watery eyes, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pains, etc. to be existent.

Tips Provided

To help repair your gut and reverse the Leaky Gut Syndrome, you will have to start taking digestive enzymes to help break down your food in your stomach before it begins to enter the small intestine.

It is also helpful to take a gut repairing herb that contains glutamine or aloe vera. Most importantly, you have to stop ingesting any type of foods that contain yeast or any products that are high in refined sugars. This IBS Diet Plan will help you in this endeavor.

Yeast will further create problems in your gut by adding to the already overgrown yeast in your body. Likewise, food products high in refined sugars will help to feed the yeast, preventing the body from expelling yeast when yeast is continually growing.

As Always, seek the help of a qualified practitioner before beginning any type of health program.
