IBS and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

IBS and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - feeling tired constantly and lacking the energy to socialize or perform regular tasks is concerning.

Linking the Dots with IBS

There are many reasons causing fatigue, however chronic fatigue can be attributed to IBS. When Irritable Bowel Syndrome is present, the body is typically having a much harder time functioning as a result of a weakened immune system.

Often times people with IBS also have a condition called the Leaky Gut Syndrome. This is the result of yeast overgrowing beyond normal amounts and ultimately resulting in your gut leaking food particles into the blood stream.

The Struggle

The body works much harder as it trys to attack these food particles or antigens since it is considered foreign to the body. As a result of this, histamines will now exist and this is the reason for your allergies and symptoms such as fatigue to be present.

A Balanced Diet

To ensure optimal energy, your daily diet would need to be modified to ensure that it helps to rebalance your gut and remove the excess yeast that is present. A two week diet plan is presented here to help you get started.

Tips Provided

Ensure that you follow the IBS Diet Plan prior to the two week diet plan in order for optimal results. Herbal remedies and alternative treatments are very useful in minimizing the amount of fatigue that you feel.

Although many of these recommendations have worked very well within the IBS community, ensure that you consult with a qualified practitioner prior to beginning any type of health program.
