IBS and Gluten Intolerance
IBS and Gluten Intolerance - many people have this type of allergy as a result of IBS. I will teach you how to reverse it.
The Author's Success
I, myself for one, have also had this type of intolerance however now I can eat products containing gluten without noticing any signs of symptoms. A lifestyle change in your diet is required, this means to only eat everything in moderation, even if it tastes really good.
The Dreadful Symptoms
It is likely that most people, including myself in the past, would have symptoms such as diarrhea and/or constipation, abdominal bloating, gassiness, stomach pains, etc. when eating food products containing gluten.
What is Leaky Gut?
The intolerances to food products such as gluten, is the result of a condition called the Leaky Gut Syndrome. This is a situation where the yeast growth in your gut has grown severely out of proportion (called Candida) and has taken over your digestive system.
The Leaky Gut Syndrome may have been caused by a number of reasons. Whether you had a dose of antibiotics in the past and/or a diet high in refined sugars/processed foods, etc.
How Histamines Start
When the yeast overtakes your digestive system, it can start to puncture tiny holes in your intestinal lining so that food particles from the foods that you ingest, can enter through those holes and into your bloodstream. The body then reacts to these food particles or antigens in defense, resulting in histamines being present.
Histamines are the allergic reactions that you are faced with. So to attack the yeast overgrowth and to reverse the tiny holes, start on the IBS Diet Plan for one full month.
Thereafter take candida stop and follow the healthy two week diet plan. Make sure to include probiotics with your meals. Also ensure that you take digestive enzymes with your meals to help break down the foods before it enters your small intestines.
Ensure that you consult with a qualified practitioner before beginning any type of diet related program.
