Dinner IBS Recipe Seven




This Dinner IBS Recipe Seven is a delightful IBS friendly diet to be served on the seventh day of the 1st week.


Black Pepper Salmon - Serves 1

IBS Black Pepper Salmon Dinner



Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
1 fresh salmon fillet
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil



Preparation:

Mix the black pepper, sea salt, cumin and coriander spices together. Season the salmon with the spices by rubbing it on thoroughly. Pre-heat a small skillet over med-high heat. Add the olive oil. Wait until it sizzles. Place the salmon in the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Serve immediately.



Side Items:

Spinach salad with diced red onion, black olives, and strawberries. Add olive oil and preferred dressing.
