Secondly, drink lots of water as this will help to keep your body fully hydrated to prevent your body and stools from drying out. It is recommended to drink at least eight glasses of water per day.

Also try to exercise at least two times a week at a minmum, with each exercise lasting at least 30 minutes. This will ensure that your organs are running strong and optimally, which will keep your intestinal rhythm of contractions smooth and continuous.
