Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a condition that can take quite a bit of time to reverse and heal. It not only requires you to dedicate your efforts in assisting your body, but it also requires alot of patience. Your lifestyle may need to change in order to accommodate the healing process within your body. However, remember that the best investment you can make in your life, is towards your health.

Reversal and Healing Duration Time

This will typically take anywhere from 3-9 months, however always remember that it depends on how dedicated you are in changing your lifestyle. This includes modifying your diet as well as scheduling the intake of herbal remedies/supplements into your daily schedule. The amount of sleep and your sleeping hours may need to change. If you are not already living an active lifestyle, this may slowly need to change as your body becomes stronger. You can rest assured that if you are very dedicated, you will see signicant improvements in your health in 3 months.

Changes in your Lifestyle has a wealth of information available to you and you’ll need to slowly incorporate the changes that are necessary dependent on your situation such as the symptoms that you experiencing. Diet changes however, are important whether you are healthy or not. The antibodies combined with the allergens create complexes that are normally removed by the liver and spleen. However continuous ingestion of the allergens, causes a build up of complexes that deposits in your body tissues resulting in inflammation. The # 1 rule is to stay away from these allergens for a period of 3 months so your body has time to recuperate prior to re-introducing them. The first step is to set up an appointment with your doctor to perform a food allergy test.
